Freight, customs and delivery under one booking

Each service line below can be bought on its own. What you cannot buy separately is the handover — which is the part we keep in-house.

01

Ocean freight — FCL and LCL

For most cargo over 15 CBM, a container is cheaper and calmer than consolidation. Below that, LCL is the honest answer.

  • FCL booking with carrier allocation, VGM submission and bill of lading issuing
  • LCL consolidation with weekly departures from Shekou, Ningbo and Shanghai
  • Shipper-owned container and buyer's consolidation options
  • Demurrage and detention monitoring with pre-alerts before free time runs out
Scope
Booking · VGM · B/L · arrival notice
Trade terms
FOB · CIF · DDP · DDU
Lanes
China → US/CA · SEA · EU · ME · LATAM
Transit
Indicative 12–35 days port-to-port, depends on lane and service

02

Air freight

Air is not only for emergencies. Seasonal replenishment, samples and high-value electronics often justify air even when ocean is cheaper per kilo.

  • Airline booking on scheduled and consolidated services, airport to airport or door to door
  • Screening and security paperwork for regulated cargo
  • Pickup at the shipper and delivery to a named address
  • Chargeable-weight comparison before booking, so the invoice matches the quote
Scope
Booking · AWB · screening · pickup
Trade terms
FOB · CIF · DDP · DDU
Lanes
China → US/EU/ME · SEA → US
Transit
Indicative 3–8 days door to door

Cross-border road and HK-China trucking

Factories in the Pearl River Delta often ship through Hong Kong. We keep the truck, the seal and the booking in one chain so the container does not wait at the boundary.

  • Sealed trucking between Hong Kong, Shenzhen and PRD factories
  • Cross-border land legs into Southeast Asia where geography allows
  • Terminal handling, port gate appointments and container interchange
  • Reefer monitoring and generator set arrangements where needed
Scope
Trucking · sealing · gate appointment

EXW · FOB · DAP
Regions
PRD · Hong Kong · border crossings
Transit
Indicative same-day to 3 days

Export declaration and import clearance

Customs is where most surprises are born. Our desk prepares classification, value and origin before the cargo leaves, not after the hold notice.

  • Chinese export declaration, commodity inspection and certificate of origin
  • US import entry, ISF and AMS filing, and bond arrangement for DDP cargo
  • EU import entry and VAT handling for DDP shipments
  • HS classification review and duty estimate before you commit to a DDP price
Scope
Declaration · entry · ISF/AMS · CO
Trade terms
DDP · DDU · FOB · CIF
Regions
China · US · Canada · EU
Turnaround
Entry filed ahead of arrival, not on the day

  • Multi-supplier consolidation into one container or one air lot
  • Loading supervision with photos and a signed loading report

  • Parcel and small-parcel hand-off for e-commerce replenishment
  • Flat rack, open-top and out-of-gauge booking with lashing review
  • Dangerous goods acceptance checks against carrier and port rules

Trade terms

Which Incoterm are you shipping on?

We quote FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU and EXW. The term decides who books the space, who is the importer of record at destination and whose name is on the duty bill — so we confirm it before pricing, not after.

EXW

You collect at our supplier's door. Export declaration, inland trucking and everything after it sit with the buyer.

FOB

We deliver to the vessel at the named Chinese port. Main carriage is the buyer's booking.

CIF

We book and pay the main carriage to the destination port, plus marine insurance. Import clearance stays with the buyer.

DDP

We clear at destination, pay duty and tax, and deliver to the door. The price is a landed cost, not a freight rate.

DDU / DAP

We deliver to the named place, uncleared. The buyer clears and pays duty on arrival.

What a useful quote request contains

A quote built on half the facts gets revised at the worst moment — after the cargo is already at the port. Six details avoid that.

  • Origin address or port, and the date the cargo is ready
  • Commodity in plain language, plus HS code if your invoice has one
  • Pieces, gross weight and CBM, or the container type you need
  • Destination city, warehouse address or zip code
  • Trade term you are selling on: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP or DDU
  • Whether you also need clearance, warehousing, insurance or last-mile delivery

Tell us the lane and the cargo

We will confirm what is possible, what it costs and where the risk sits — including the parts that are not in our control.
