File per shipment
1Booking to delivery

We are a freight forwarder, not a carrier. We do not own vessels, aircraft or trucks; we buy space, prepare the paperwork and stay accountable for the sequence — pickup, export declaration, main carriage, import clearance, delivery.

That distinction matters when something goes wrong. A carrier can tell you the vessel is delayed. A forwarder has to tell you what that means for your delivery date, your customs entry and your customer — and offer the alternatives before you ask.

Our work is concentrated on Chinese and Southeast Asian origins moving to the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, plus cross-border e-commerce replenishment. If a lane is outside that pattern, we say so early rather than learn on your cargo.

How we work

Three habits that decide whether a shipment arrives quietly

Freight is a chain of small handovers. These are the three we refuse to leave to chance.

One file, one owner

Every shipment gets a single operations owner who sees the booking, the declaration and the delivery. You are not transferred between a salesperson, a broker and a trucker.

Written routing before booking

Before we book space you get the routing, the transit range, the trade term and what has to be ready by when. If a detail is still unknown, it is written down as unknown.

Exceptions in the open

Roll-overs, customs queries and missed appointments are reported with the options and their cost. Silence is the one thing that turns a delay into a loss.

Lane capability

Where we are strong, and what we quote on each lane

This is the working list our desk quotes from. Anything outside it can usually still be arranged, but it is priced as an exception, not as routine.

Working with us starts with one shipment

Send a lane you ship regularly and we will price it, explain the risk points and tell you what we would change.
