For marketplace sellers the shipment is not finished at the port. It is finished when the fulfilment centre accepts the pallet.
What we handle
- Factory pickup and export declaration in China or Southeast Asia
- Ocean FCL/LCL or air consolidation to the destination hub
- US, Canada and EU import entry, duty and VAT under DDP
- Carton and pallet label check against the current marketplace requirement
- Delivery appointment booked before the cargo lands

- Labels checked before loading, not at the warehouse door
- Appointment booked against the fulfilment centre calendar
- Rejected shipments returned, relabelled and rebooked

- SKU list and carton/pallet label files
- Fulfilment centre code and replenishment window
- Commercial invoice and packing list
