Questions that come up before a booking
Do you handle DDP to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We book the ocean or air leg, clear import, pay duty and VAT where DDP is agreed, and deliver against the fulfilment centre appointment.
Can you clear customs in the US, Canada and Thailand?
Yes — US and Canada entry, and Thailand import clearance through our Bangkok node. EU entry is handled with partner brokers.
What is the difference between DDU and DDP?
Under DDP we pay duty and VAT and carry the destination risk. Under DDU (DAP) the buyer clears and pays import charges.
How do I get a quote for LCL?
Send commodity, pieces, gross weight and CBM. LCL is priced per revenue ton, so chargeable weight matters more than the space you booked.
What documents do I need for export declaration?
Commercial invoice, packing list, contract or order, and any licence or certificate the commodity requires. We check HS classification before filing.
Can you ship batteries, liquids or powders?
Only with carrier approval and the right documents: MSDS, UN number and packing instruction. We quote the routes that accept it, and say no when none does.
